Terms of Service

- Applies to all commissions unless otherwise stated/agreed.
- Read before ordering any kind of commission from me.
- By paying you show that you have read and agree with my TOS.For legal reasons you must be at least 18 years old to commission me!
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE MY ART FOR NFTS!

Me, the artist:- Own full copyright of the commissioned picture. I may use the commissioned picture in personal promotion for example to promote my commissions or use in my portfolio.
- May post the commissioned picture in my galleries unless otherwise in advance agreed.
- May refuse any commission I don't feel comfortable doing.

You, the customer:- Are allowed any personal use of the commissioned picture for example to use as a wallpaper, icon, profile picture and any printing for personal use). If you wish to do any editing on the picture before posting it online, speak to me first. Do not erase my signature.
- Are allowed to post the commissioned picture in your personal galleries as long as you credit me.
- Are not allowed to use the commissioned picture for monetary gain. For example to print and sell, promote any paid service like Patreon or to use as NFTs.

Payment- Payment via Lavatop (you can use PayPal or card, no need to register).
- Full payment must be done after confirming the sketch or a full prepayment at the beginning.
- Refunds cannot be committed (I can't send any payments abroad according sanctions).

Workflow- To order from me fill out a commission request form.
- Once your commission is approved, I will send you a link to the payment page, and after you purchase the commission, I will begin to work on it as soon as possible.
- Turnaround time for commissions - about two months. It depends on my condition and how many commissions I have. But usually I finish art much earlier!
- I always send a screenshots on every stage of the work.
- You may add corrections on the stage that is on the sended screenshot. For example, you wouldn’t be able to change a pose on the rendering stage. Be careful and don't forget about it!
- If an initial sketch/pose/idea was rejected for some reason, I reserve the right to use it any way I see fit.
- When the work is done, and the artwork is approved, I'll send to you a high resolution file of a picture (and psd if it’s needed) via Google Drive.

Wills and Won'ts:Will draw:- Animals, both feral & anthro
- Any non-human critter
- Characters of any sex, orientation and gender
- Mild gore
- Combat scenes, blood, violence (specifying is needed)
- Romantic scenes
- Non-sexual nudity
- FanartWon't draw:- Humans
- Explicit sexual content
- Heavy detailed characters and mecha
- Offensive material (racist or homophobic imagery, any suggestive material depicting underage characters, etc.)I can refuse any commission I don't feel comfortable doing without having to explain myself.
